Frequently Asked Questions

While we can not predict everything you may want to know. Here are a few common questions we get about our services.

 1. How do I schedule an appoint?

To schedule an appointment select the service, there will be a calendar option beside the service. Select the amount of time you would like to consult, the day, and proceed to checkout.

2. I do not see the service I want. How can I schedule something similar?

If you do not see the service you want, it doesn't mean that we don't offer it. Send us an email(info@bestlifeconsultations.com) and we are always happy to create custom service options for you. After defining your need, we will send you a custom invoice with your desired time slot. 

3. Do you offer group sessions?

Yes. We offer group sessions for business services and holistic health. We can provide group services virtually or in person. Email us (info@bestlifeconsultations.com) and we will design a group package specific to your need. 

We also offer a 9 week business course and a monthly new moon circle.

4. Can I only schedule a 10 minute or 1 hour consultation?

No. We offer 10 minute & 1 hour increments. If you wanted to book more time than that you can book multiple increments.

Example: If you would like an hour consultation on holistic parenting you would add 2- 30 minute sessions to your cart( a 3 pm & a 3:30 pm) and then checkout. This will make sure that you get the time you want consecutively and that the times are available. 

5. What if I need more time and my session is completed?

We provide each client with the priority information that they need for their session. This is also why we ask you to have questions prepared. Because your time is precious, we work efficiently to provide you with solutions and knowledge. If you have more questions that need to be answered after your session has finished you will have to schedule another session. Our time slots do fill up and we want to honor and give respect to everyone's time. 

6. How will I know when my session is almost up?

We provide a one minute notification when you are nearing the end of your session to allow you and your consultant time to wrap up. 

7. What options do I have for my virtual call?

( If you do not have one of these as an options please reach out to us and we will setup another way to communicate with you)

8. I missed my session. What do I do? 

We get it, life happens. If you provide 24 hour notice we will gladly reschedule your session.We do not offer refunds to clients for cancelling the day of or missing their scheduled session. To provide quality service for all customers we do require 24 hour notice for all cancellations.
